World’s Most Expensive Sports Bra

Tomboy turned fashionista Kelley Dooley knows it’s hard for women to find fitness wear that looks good, which is why she founded BodyRock in March 2009. Browse her shop and you’ll see collections with names like “Keep ‘em In” or “Lock ‘em Down.” You’ll also find the most expensive sports bra in the world.
The Trenta Bra is made with black spandex and gunmetal burnout fabric, which helps to ventilate, with black diamond Swarovski crystals along the neckline. The true-to-size bra also incorporates gunmetal sterling silver jewelry from Knight & Hammer’s Trenta collection, which can be detached from the bra and worn as either a long necklace or as a necklace and bracelet. It even features an open pocket on the back.
This luxury sports bra can be purchased online for $1,850 and comes in sizes ranging from XS to XL.

D.S. & Durga Pomelo Blossom ~ fragrance review

Citrus-floral fragrances are made for hot weather; the best of them smell light and airy, brisk and cooling (all the sensations I want from a scent on a sultry day). I like summer fragrances to smell “clean” but also possess a hint of sexiness — a “bare” quality. The fat and heavy pomelo (Citrus maxima), which you may have encountered in Southeast Asian cooking (think: mild, sweet grapefruit), is an excellent inspiration for such a summer perfume.
Pomelo Blossom is part of D.S. & Durga’s spring-summer 2010 (limited edition) fragrance collection for Anthropologie, and it contains notes of pomelo blossom, grapefruit peel and white musk. Pomelo Blossom goes on sharp and juicy (smelling like fresh oranges, a mix of cool peel and juice). In mid-development, floral notes become apparent; these floral notes remind me of slightly indolic jasmine and pungent, “wild” orange blossom.
My favorite part of Pomelo Blossom is the oily grapefruit rind note…

Too close for comfort
Yes, the former “Friends” star decided to rebrand her eau de parfum with her very own moniker at the last minute, as Lolavie (which translates to “laughing at life” in French) was apparently too close for comfort to Marc Jacobs’ bestseller, Lola.
— Why Jennifer Aniston Lolavie got renamed Jennifer Aniston by Jennifer Aniston (or Jennifer Aniston The Debut Fragrance) at the last minute. Read more here, or just watch the video. Thanks to Ann and Julie for the link!

Luxury Scarves

Scarves, without doubt, owe their global popularity to their wide variety of uses. A scarf can keep you warm on a cold day or it can be used to wipe the sweat from your face on a hot day. They can be used to keep dust and insects out of your mouth while you’re riding a horse. They may be used to communicate the religion you practice, the university you attend or the sports team you support. Of course, they are also very fashionable.
In 1837, saddlemaker Thierry Hermès founded his company. One hundred years later, Hermès produced their first scarves. Today, Hermès scarves are among the most expensive scarves in the world.
Hermès scarves have been considered traditional heirlooms in France. Their scarves were made from raw Chinese silk spun into a tough fabric and individually screen-printed with designs that sometimes took years to compose. The company still focuses on producing quality, handcrafted goods to this day.
The cheapest of these luxury scarves commands a price of $260. A Hermès dip-dyed giant silk scarf, on the other hand, is priced at $720.
